The best leaders have a strong awareness of their core values - what drives our decision making, motivates and energizes us, and pushes our buttons of reactivity in the heat of conflict.

In this 90-min workshop, we will take a brief overview of what values are, how our core values relate to interpersonal and professional satisfaction and learn how to bridge the gap within values-based conflict.

Get ready for plenty of experiential exploration, personal reflection, and discussion. Everyone will receive their own deck of personal value cards as a tool to use within their own workplace teams.
