    ⁣⁣⁣Role Overview:⁣⁣⁣

    ⁣⁣⁣The Partnerships Coordinator plays a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding partnerships with organisations, aligning with PWN Copenhagen's Partnership Strategy. This volunteer position is essential for enhancing PWN Copenhagen's strategic positioning and financial capabilities to deliver high-quality events and programs for its members and the broader community.⁣⁣⁣


    Duties and Responsibilities:⁣⁣⁣

    ⁣⁣⁣Lead Generation:⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

    • Identify and add new potential partnership leads to the partnership pipeline document.⁣⁣⁣
    • Conduct desk research to gather and complete contact information for leads.⁣⁣⁣

    ⁣⁣Outreach and Follow-up:⁣⁣⁣

    • Initiate contact with up to 5 corporate leads on a weekly basis.⁣⁣⁣
    • Follow up with each lead up to 2 times to foster engagement and build relationships.⁣⁣⁣

    ⁣⁣⁣Pipeline Management:⁣⁣⁣

    • Maintain and regularly update the partnership pipeline document.⁣⁣⁣
    • Record lead status and the time of contact for each lead in an organized manner.⁣⁣⁣
    • Respect the preferences of contacts who request not to be contacted by PWN Copenhagen and remove them from the partnership pipeline document.⁣⁣⁣

    ⁣⁣⁣Coordination and Facilitation:⁣⁣⁣

    • Arrange meetings and calls between the VP Partnerships and leads who express interest and wish to learn more about our organization. While participation in these calls is encouraged, it is not mandatory.⁣⁣⁣
    • Schedule partnership kick-off sessions and organize regular partner check-ins once partnership agreements are successfully signed.⁣⁣⁣


    Time Commitment:⁣⁣⁣

    ⁣⁣⁣The estimated time commitment for this role is approximately 3-5 hours per week. This may vary depending on the volume of leads and partnership activities.⁣⁣⁣



    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.⁣⁣⁣
    • Excellent organisational abilities.⁣⁣⁣
    • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.⁣⁣⁣
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.⁣⁣⁣
    • Interest in building and nurturing relationships with corporate partners.⁣⁣⁣
    • Familiarity with PWN Copenhagen's mission and objectives is a plus.⁣⁣⁣


    • Gain valuable experience in partnership development and relationship management.⁣⁣⁣
    • Contribute to the growth and success of PWN Copenhagen.⁣⁣⁣
