Entrepreneurship: A Deep-Dive Into the Business Model Canvas (5x Online Workshops)

PWN Copenhagen Women Entrepreneurs Group (WEG), is PWN Copenhagen Core Entrepreneurship program. This year we will begin our program online with a new curriculum: The Business Model Canvas Deep Dive Online. In this five-session series we will spend five sessions working with the Business Model Canvas business development tool. 

The program is an opportunity to learn, grow and develop your business skills no matter the stage you are at. It is for you if you are a business owner seeking new inspiration and a refresh. It is for you if you are a passionate entrepreneur ready to launch, it is for you if you are just playing with an idea and don't know where to start, it is for you if you are looking for inspiration and a like-minded community. 

WEG furthers the PWN Copenhagen mission—providing women with the tools, networks, and support resources they need to assume leadership positions. We empower women through improved business skills, the knowledge needed to be an entrepreneur and a strong network of support.  

Who should join WEG? 

WEG is for women entrepreneurs, women considering starting their own business, or women who are looking for inspiration and a like-minded community. 

All are welcome to the program and benefit from it. This is our 7th year in running this series because it is so well loved! 

Fees:

PWN Members: 250DKK

Non-Members: 2000DKK

Non-members are welcome to become a PWN Copenhagen Member to enjoy the member-pricing. Membership is 750DKK annually. 

Content WEG Part 1 - Business Model Canvas Deep Dive Online:

This year we will move the first part of our Women Entrepreneurs Group Program online, as a result of the ongoing restrictions as result of the Covid-19 response.

Session 2, April 22  - Introduction to the Business Model Canvas, Mapping a Business, Getting Started with Building a Business Model Canvas

Session 3,  May 5  - Playing the Business Model Canvas Game - Company 1

Session 4, May 6  -  Playing the Business Model Canvas Game - Company 2

Session 5, May 20 - Deep dive into Value Proposition, Customers, Market Segments & Channels

Information about Part 2 will be provided as we get more information about the reopening of our society. 

Participants will be invited to join a private facebook group, receive course materials, and for participants that attend more than 4 sessions  they will receive a certificate of participation.

Each session will be held from 19:00 to 21:00.

At the moment, this will be organised as virtual program. Further directions will be provided to those who register and as we learn more about how the society will open up.
