PWN Copenhagen: Mentoring program kick-off

This workshop is the kick-off for the PWN Copenhagen’s official Spring 2018 Mentoring Program. We encourage all mentors and mentees to attend the event.

The session is designed in an interactive, engaging format with the intention to establish the basis for a positive experience for both mentees and mentors. 

Outcomes for the session include:

• Defining the cornerstones of a successful mentoring relationship

• Communicating clearly about mutual expectations towards the mentoring

• Setting goals and defining desired outcomes from the mentee’s perspective

• Getting to know the mentor/mentee and networking with other mentors and mentees

Please note that you will get the most out of the workshop if both mentor and mentee attend and actively participate in the facilitated activities.

Also non-participants to the program are invited to join the event if they want to learn more about mentoring.

The workshop counts towards the 5 mentoring sessions provided through the program. Following the session, each mentor/mentee pair will have 4 individual sessions.

(5 sessions if either mentor or mentee have not participated in the kick-off event.)
