Activist and advocate for women rights, gender equality and equity.
Her journey with women rights started back in 2004, where at the faculty of law at CAU Kiel she got an assignment to research abortion laws in the EU. Awareness built during this process in combination with her social background made her sensitive to women's issues in the years to come.
In 2015, when the government drastically restricted abortion law in Poland, she joined protests by Women's Strike Movement and connected with organizations advocating for women and human rights, education, and equal access to healthcare, especially for underprivileged communities.
In 2017 she moved to Mercedes-Benz HQ in Germany and co- founded Empower Women movement associating 1200+ members advocating for gender equality in access to leadership positions, as well as equal pay.
Daily she works and Digital Strategy and Innovation Manager in a pharmaceutical company.
She is also active as career mentor, and she is supporting educational and cultural initiatives helping women thrive in professional environments.
