PWN Copenhagen: VP Mentoring



The VP Mentoring develops and facilitates the Mentoring program that is expected to run twice per year. During the program, the participants are paired with mentors based on their goals and are invited to group meetings with fellow mentees to share their progress.

The VP of Mentoring is a person interested to help and support the participant members. Coaching skills are appreciated but not required. 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee the annual Mentoring program over 5 months, including application handling, matching, kick-off and wrap-up events, evaluation activities, and periodical group calls.
  • Ensure at kick off that the roles and expectations are understood across the group of mentees and mentors.
  • Build a team of volunteers to support the activities of the program.
  • Organise and/or facilitate mindset and goal-setting workshops if relevant.
  • Connect with professionals that can mentor the participants.
  • Maintains current and relevant information on our Mentoring webpage.
  • Participate in the PWN Global meetings to share best practices across the Global Network.
  • Collaborate with the VP Partnerships to source relevant mentor candidates from Partner organisations.

Time Commitment: Approx. 3 - 5 hours per week (variable and heavier during limited times of the year and program).
